Walk in once,
you're a regular.
Tam Barneys has sat on Newry Street since the early '90s, and not a lot about it has changed — which is rather the point. There's no cocktail list and nobody's going to lecture you about hops.
It's a proper bar: a well-kept pint, a seat at the counter, and folk who'll talk to you whether you were after a chat or not.
Big match on? You'll find it here on a screen, with the sound up and the place full. The rest of the time it ticks along the way a good local should — quiet enough for a natter, busy enough for a bit of craic.
Three generations of Banbridge have leaned on this bar. You're welcome to be the next.
